About the Annual Celebration
The 2023 Lifeworks Annual Celebration takes place on April 20, 2023, at The Depot in Minneapolis and online! Our Special Guest and Host
Sheletta Brundidge
Lifeworks is excited to welcome Sheletta Brundidge as our special guest at the 2023 Annual Celebration!
As a mother of children with autism, Sheletta is driving change and reimagining possibilities through her advocacy and leadership.
Sheletta is the founder of SHElettaMakesMeLaugh.com, an online podcasting company that provides culturally competent commercial production. Sheletta is an Emmy® Award-winning comedian, radio host, television anchor, and newspaper columnist.
With her podcast shows, social activism, and bestselling autism children’s books, Sheletta is living up to her reputation as a change maker.

A.J. joined WCCO-TV as a morning news anchor in June of 2022. Originally from Apple Valley, A.J. graduated from the University of Minnesota and started his career in Alexandria at KSAX. He then ventured to Michigan, Tallahassee, and most recently, Nashville.
Whether it’s being a Big Brother, volunteering at the local food bank, or reading to his children, A.J. enjoys spending time with his local communities.
