About Resource Navigation
Resource Navigation at Lifeworks supports people with disabilities and their families through instruction and guidance using a person-centered approach. We offer Free Navigation sessions to people with disabilities and their families who are just getting started with disability services and who do not have a waiver or case manager. For people who have a waiver or Vocational Rehabilitation Services, the Lifeworks Navigation Team offers Person-Centered Planning through Family Training and Counseling, and Benefits Coaching through VRS.

Eligibility for Resource Navigation
Free Navigation Sessions – Getting Started with Disability Services in Minnesota
All people with disabilities and their families that need help getting started with disability services in Minnesota are eligible for a free Navigation session. No waiver, VRS, or payment required!
Person-Centered Planning
People with disabilities and their families that need person-centered planning to help put them on a path of achieving their goals can request to have Family Training and Counseling added to their service agreement.
Benefits Coaching
People with disabilities who are unsure how working will impact their disability benefits can access Benefits Coaching through Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
