Lifeworks Services Welcomes New Board Members

Lifeworks Services, Inc., a nonprofit partnering with people with disabilities and championing inclusion efforts for nearly 60 years, is excited to announce Dexter Davis, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Ecolab; Barry Gisser, Chief Financial Officer at American Public Media Group; and Jeff Kletti, Managing Director at Lancaster and Randolph Financial Advisory Services have been appointed to the Lifeworks Board of Directors.

Dexter Davis is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Ecolab. Under Dexter’s visionary leadership, Ecolab has made significant strides towards its 2030 diversity ambitions, fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace. Dexter’s strategic initiatives have not only strengthened partnerships across the company’s supply chain and commercial businesses but have also led to remarkable improvements in employee engagement, retention, and inclusion.

Barry Gisser is the senior vice president and CFO for American Public Media Group. In this role, Gisser oversees the financial operations of American Public Media Group, the parent company of Minnesota Public Radio, American Public Media, and Southern California Public Radio. He supports APMG’s digital transformation and champions data-informed decision making to build the organization’s financial acumen and a culture of financial stewardship and accountability.

Jeff Kletti, CFA is the Managing Director at Lancaster and Randolph Financial Advisory Services and is an accomplished investment leader known for his ability to build and lead teams that deliver client solutions. With more than 30 years of investment experience, Jeff has worked extensively with the world’s largest asset managers to develop and implement product for institutional clients and retail platforms. He has worked closely with SEC, OCC, and ECB regulators during his career.
