Jodi Aschoff

Jodi Aschoff joined Lifeworks in July 2019 as a Service Coordinator. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and has a minor in disability studies. She also holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Early Childhood Development. Prior to Lifeworks, Jodi was a director at a leading childcare center in the Twin Cities.

Jodi lives in Burnsville with her three children. Her personal experience with people who have disabilities have led Jodi to actively work to make her community an inclusive space for everyone. In her spare time Jodi enjoys listening to music, camping, spending time on the water and being with friends and family.

Lynae Greenebaum

Lynae has a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin Stout in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Child Life. Lynae formerly worked as a Service Facilitator at Lifeworks Burnsville (now Lifeworks Apple Valley). She continued her career in social services working with children, families, and adults. She returned to Lifeworks in August 2016 as a Service Coordinator and now serves as a Fiscal and In-Home Programs Senior Manager for our North Region.

Lynae is passionate about working with families and assisting them in getting the services that they need.

In her free time, she enjoys running and has completed a half marathon, 15K, 10K, and multiple 5Ks. She enjoys watching and going to sporting events and spends a lot of her time watching her children play sports and just being with her family.

Lindsay Escobar

Mikaela Weber

Mikaela Weber joined Lifeworks in 2014. She stumbled upon the opportunity to work with Lifeworks in a temporary position and was hired on as regular staff member shortly after. In her current role as a Fiscal Systems Supervisor, she enjoys helping others build their confidence and understanding with technology.

She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, a good book, or an entertaining movie. She also loves humor in the form of puns, memes, or jokes and will share this humor with everyone.

Jolene Easterday

Jolene Easterday joined Lifeworks in February of 2022. Jolene has an Associates of Science in Human Services degree and has worked in disability services in a variety of settings for over 10 years. Jolene has worked in group homes, independent living apartments, day support programs as well as other support roles for providers prior to joining Lifeworks.

Jolene grew up in southeastern North Dakota and moved to Minnesota in 2013. Jolene currently lives in Burnsville with her fiancé and future mother-in-law. Jolene has 2 dogs and 2 birds at home. In her spare time, Jolene enjoys relaxing in the sun, watching hockey and cooking.

Lauren Henke

Prior to coming to Lifeworks, Lauren Henke graduated with a degree in Education. She worked at a group home for 4 years before moving to the Twin Cities in 2014, when she began her career at Lifeworks. She started in Day Services, then spent 3 years in Employment Services before joining the Fiscal Team in 2020.

When not at work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her daughter and dogs going camping, utilizing local attractions’ memberships, playing softball, or whatever else sounds like fun that day.

Emalee Irwin-Roeske

Emalee Irwin-Roeske joined Lifeworks in August of 2021. Emalee has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Adult and Family Services from Iowa State University with a minor in Family Finance and Housing Policies. Prior to Lifeworks, Emalee was the director over several group homes for adults and teens with disabilities.

Emalee lives in Prior Lake with her husband and their three cats. In her spare time Emalee enjoys hiking, games, escape rooms, and knitting.

Leah Swenson

Leah Swenson began working at Lifeworks in May of 2021. Leah has a long history of serving individuals with disabilities. Some of Leah’s past work experiences include managing group homes, providing direct care, and waiver case management. Leah and her husband have four children. Leah and her family live on a small hobby farm with animals and a large garden. When Leah is not working, she enjoys baking, sewing, and attending 4H activities with her kids.

Marissa Dayton

Marissa graduated with a Sociology Degree from The College of Saint Benedict. She started her career in social services working as a Relocation Coordinator and eventually transitioned to working as a Waiver Case Manager. Marissa joined Lifeworks in September 2021 as a PCA Coordinator.

When not working, Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs (Honey and Odin), visiting family, and watching Grey’s Anatomy.

Olivia Hampe

Olivia Hampe joined Lifeworks in January 2022. Olivia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services at Iowa State University. Prior to Lifeworks, Olivia was a Developmental Support Specialist at a nonprofit in Iowa.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, boating, cooking, and walking her dog.

Meghan Krinke

Meghan began her career providing direct support in a group home setting and started working at the Day Program with Lifeworks in June 2016. Meghan joined the Fiscal Team as a Service Coordinator in July 2019 where she helps families who use Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) services.

In her free time, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach in the summer.

Ann Ewert

Ann Ewert joined the Lifeworks Team in 2005, shortly after graduating from University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Ann began her Lifeworks career as a Service Facilitator in the Burnsville (now Apple Valley) DT&H program. She joined the Fiscal Team in 2010 and continues to support participants utilizing the Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs. Ann is a strong advocate for Self-Direction in that individuals with disabilities should have choice and control in how they plan and receive services.

Ann lives in St Paul with her husband and son; together they enjoy traveling, mountain biking, concerts, gardening, and their three cats.

Heidi Kriesel

Heidi joined Lifeworks in 2021 after working for over 10 years in the public school system as a special education teacher. She has her undergraduate degree in Special Education and her Master’s Degree in Health Administration.

Heidi enjoys spending time with her 4 children, gardening, bike riding, traveling, and camping.

Cindy Mooers

Cindy Joined Lifeworks as a Fiscal Service Coordinator in 2015, and feels this role is a great fit. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Business Administration. Her background is in bookkeeping and business ownership.

Cindy enjoys precious time with family and her Christian faith is very important to her. Intentional individual relationships are valued, along with small group study and supporting specific community efforts. She likes spending time in her backyard as well as hiking and camping in MN state parks and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.

Before coming to Lifeworks, Emily was a program coordinator at REM Hennepin where she worked with people with disabilities for six years.

When she isn’t working, Emily enjoys watching and going to sporting events and spending time with family.

Liz Coon

Liz Coon joined Lifeworks in 2021 as a Fiscal Systems Coordinator. Liz has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Studies and has a 25-year history of working with youth and families in her community. She embraces the opportunity to continue that passion with Lifeworks.

Liz is a fan of Noir films and Alfred Hitchcock movies. She enjoys reading mystery novels during winter weather and loves being out on the water with her family and watching baseball in the summer.

Jenny Baetz

Jenny joined the Lifeworks Team July 2021, a refreshing change of pace and opportunity to work within such a fantastic organization was exactly what she was looking for.

When not working, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with her menagerie of animals.

Dana Clark

Dana joined the Lifeworks team in Spring of 2022 working as a Fiscal Operations Specialist.

She is passionate about animals and loves spending time with the two cats and two dogs in her family. She also enjoys crocheting and playing video games in her free time.

Beth Emerson

Beth has a long history of working with individuals with disabilities. Beth started working as a Paraprofessional before becoming a job coach at a day program, working her way up to become a DT&H Designated Coordinator. Beth spent the next seven years as a DT&H Designated Coordinator before joining Lifeworks as a Service Facilitator in May of 2019. Beth joined the Fiscal Team in July of 2020 as a Fiscal Operations Specialist.

When not at work, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Beth and her husband have two boys who are both active in sports; and she loves watching their games. Beth also loves crafting, sewing, hockey, and baseball.

Laura Holzemer joined the Lifeworks Family in 2018 and has been with the Fiscal Human Resources Department for over 2 years.

When not working, you can find Laura on the soccer field watching her two kids play, hiking Minnesota State Parks or enjoying a bonfire with her husband.

Andrea Larson

Andrea began working at Lifeworks in 2008 as a receptionist and moved to the payroll department and has now joined the Fiscal Team in 2020.

When not at work Andrea loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys going camping and being out on the pontoon in the summer.

Jeanne Nicholas

Following a 13-year career teaching preschool, Jeanne spent some time working customer service and as a PCA, she decided to change gears and joined the Lifeworks team in fall of 2021 as a Fiscal Operations Specialist.

Jeanne lives in Cottage Grove and is the mom of 3 (not so little) children. In her spare time, you can find her catching up with her oldest son over a good burger, at a movie theater with her middle son or cheering for her daughter at softball fields and basketball courts.

Erin To

Erin joined Lifeworks in early 2022. Before coming to Lifeworks, she did communications for The Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota and was a paraprofessional in a level 4 setting elementary school.

Erin lives in Lakeville with her three sons. She is passionate about serving individuals with disabilities as her youngest son has Down syndrome. She has written and shared her experiences about being a parent to a child with a disability. Erin spends her time as a sports mom with all of her boys being in sports. She enjoys golfing and loves sharing her Vietnamese culture and cuisine with all.

Ann Walz

Ann Walz joined Lifeworks in December 2016 as an Administrative Assistant and moved into the Fiscal Budgets role in May 2020. Ann has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University and spent much of her work life prior to Lifeworks working in Early Childhood Education.

Ann lives in Woodbury with her husband, four children and three dogs. She enjoys spending time with friends and family playing games and hanging out around the bonfire.

Corinne Wang

Corinne joined Lifeworks in 2019. She began her journey at Lifeworks in a temporary position and was hired on as a Fiscal Operations Specialist shortly after.

Aside from her work, Corinne enjoys exploring the beautiful state of Minnesota with her beloved family.

Lisa Wunder

Lisa studied Music Therapy at Augsburg University. At Lifeworks, she started as a Service Specialist for our day services before joining the Fiscal team. Lisa’s passions are music, clogging, and advocacy in the disability community.
