About the Presentation –
Beyond Etiquette, Towards Equity: Radical Disability Inclusion
People with disabilities make up one of the most intersectional identity groups. However, conversations about disability are still framed as “etiquette,” rather than “equity.” Talks of workplace revolution must include an intersectional, equity-driven approach to disability inclusion. This presentation seeks to move beyond basic terminology by addressing real and systemic gaps in access.
