Through our network of over 300 community partners – we connect people to experiences that explore their interests, develop skills, and start or advance their careers. People partnering with Lifeworks have found careers in research and development, customer service, corporate operations, office administration, food service, retail, and so much more.
Lifeworks is driven by the belief that all people can work and have a meaningful impact in their communities. We’re talking about careers with competitive wages, good benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
From exploring your interests to continually building skills – we are here to offer guidance and support throughout your journey.
More than 700 people with disabilities partner with Lifeworks on employment each year.
Lifeworks partners with referral sources through state vocational rehabilitation services and county case managers along with residential and transition programs. People can use their DD, BI, CADI, or self-directed waivers dollars to purchase services. Lifeworks also supports people funded through vocational rehabilitation services who choose to pay privately to create a person-centered plan. Whether a person is interested in employment, community skill building, center-based services, or a combination of offerings, Lifeworks has a program that will work for you.
