Lifeworks and Life Time Fitness
Each day, hundreds of people walk through the doors of Life Time Fitness in Plymouth. They come bearing membership cards, water bottles, and something else — the residue of a Minnesota winter. The slush, salt, and mud sticks to running shoes and boots and makes its way into the club.
In spite of this, Life Time Fitness shines. And a group of Lifeworks clients deserves much of the credit. Every weekday, eight workers spend two hours cleaning the equipment on the club’s fitness floor.
